What is this:

Over 90 days, we diagnose what's actually going on, get a good idea of where you’re currently at and where you’d like to go. If you need, we can also dream big here and explore some ideas you might not have thought of. I can help you with that. Then we design a structure that fits how you want to work, and figure out how to implement it - with you, customised for you and your business.

If you are a conscious entrepreneurs generating consistent income and are ready to stop firefighting and start building something that can hold the growth, then this if for you.

How it works:

Phase 1 - Diagnosis (Weeks 1–2):

o   Preparation questionnaire to be completed by you

o   1st 60 – 90 minute 1:1 session for us to understand your circumstances and situation and where you are stuck or where you might want to go

o   I complete a Business audit in my own time

o   2nd 60 - 90-min deep-dive sessions if required

o   During phase 1 communication will be via email or Whatsapp for questions from me to you in between the sessions, so I can absolutely understand where you’re at.

o   I present you with a written report of my findings and recommendations at this stage.

Phase 2 - Design (Weeks 3–5):

o   I prepare written 90-day priority plan based on discussion and findings of first two weeks.

o   I complete a systems mapping for the top 3 problem areas

o   We sit down for a 3 hour Strategy session, to discuss 90 day priority plan and systems mapping with top 3 problem areas solution

Phase 3 - Implement and accountability (Weeks 6–12): This is where the real fun begins for you.

o   During this phase, we will have weekly 60-min check-ins (6 total) for accountability and questons. An opportunity to reassess and adjust if needed.

o   There will be an opportunity for one rescue session if you get stuck along the way and need immediate support.

o   You will have WhatsApp and email support during this time, I will aim to respond straight away but within 48-hr email at the longest.
