Susanne Lorenz

Hi,

I'm Susanne - co-founder of LightStack and owner/ operator of LightWorks - I am a strategist with a strong background in business operations, systems, and organisational design and implementation.

I know how to build scalable, online businesses that are less dependent on 1:1 service work. How can you reach more people, help and support more clients and make your magic more accessible?

I can help you figure that out.

For years, I’ve worked in and with early-stage businesses in their messy middle - I’ve helped passionate and committed founders and entrepreneurs take something that matters to them and actually make it work. I actually have done that a couple of times myself.

I get your purpose-driven business and your ideas and I turn it into a feasible, realistic and sustainable business.

I help you figure out what's actually going on in your business, get clear on what matters most, what’s possible and build a structure that is not cookie-cutter but designed for you, the way you work, the clients you serve and the life you are building.
