🚗 Service Range and Travel Area

If you are a mobile practitioner who travels to clients (such as providing in-home massage, energy healing, or space cleansing), you can define a Service Range in your organisation settings.

Setting a service range will overlay a beautiful, semi-transparent circle on your map preview and public profile, allowing prospective clients to see exactly which areas you serve at a glance.

🌿 How to Set Your Service Range

1. Navigate to your Organisation Settings (under Admin -> Organisation).
2. Scroll down to the Organisation Details section.
3. Locate the Service range (km) field.
4. Input the maximum distance in kilometres you are willing to travel from your address (e.g. 25 for a 25km radius).
5. As you type, the Map Preview will automatically update to display a purple circle representing your serviceable area.
6. Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.

✨ How it Appears to Clients

When clients visit your public organisation profile, they will see your map with the serviceable area overlay in the Location and Contact section. This is especially helpful if you hide your exact street address but still want to show the general region you serve (e.g., using City and Country only address visibility).
