Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships give clients recurring access to your community, courses, live circles, and session credits. You can offer monthly, quarterly, or annual plans, with optional trials, bundled courses, monthly 1:1 credits, and member-only chat.
Open Memberships to manage plans.
1. Creating a membership plan
- Click New Membership Plan.
- Enter a Plan Name.
- Set the Recurring Price and Billing Frequency (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
- Choose a Status:
- Active: visible on the storefront.
- Draft: hidden from the storefront.
- Click Create & Configure Plan.
You are taken to the plan editor, organised into four tabs.

- Manage the plan and its live sessions.

Cancellation
- Cancel at End: the membership remains active until the paid period ends, then stops renewing.
- Revoke Now: cancels access immediately.
Complimentary memberships
Click Grant Free / Comp Access to give a client a membership without Stripe:
- Search for and select the client or subscriber.
- Choose the membership plan.
- Set the Access Duration (Days).
- Click Grant Access.
The member appears on the roster with an active membership for the chosen duration. Complimentary memberships do not require a card and are useful for scholarships, VIP guests, or team members.

Member circles can be scheduled from the plan’s Manage page or from Member Live Circles.
- Click Schedule Meeting.
- Enter a title and optional description.
- Choose the Access Tier: all active members or a specific plan.

Students receive meeting notifications with calendar invites. You can edit or delete a meeting, upload a recording, or remove a replay.
Attendance matrix

Members manage their membership in My Membership.

- Book monthly 1:1 credits from their session credit wallet.
- Use the member community chat when enabled.
The client’s library also shows an Active Member banner with a link to manage their membership.
6. Troubleshooting
A plan is not on the storefront. Check that the plan status is Active and it has a price.
A member did not receive course access. Check the plan’s Course Entitlements, then confirm the member’s subscription is active. Course access is provisioned from the plan entitlements.
Monthly credits did not appear. Check that Monthly 1:1 Session Credits and an Applicable Session Type are set. Credits replenish on renewal.
A member cannot join a live circle. Check that Member Live Circles & Calls is enabled, the circle is scheduled for their tier, and a join link exists.
A member cannot access community chat. Check that Private Community Channel is enabled and the member’s subscription is active. Membership chat rooms are provisioned from the plan and membership status.
A cancelled member still has access.Cancel at End keeps access until the paid period ends. Use Revoke Now to end access immediately. Course or cohort grants may also need to be checked separately.
A complimentary membership is missing from the roster. Refresh the roster and check the member’s status. Complimentary grants create an active subscription for the chosen duration.
