Galleries & Asset Library
The Asset Library stores the images, audio, video, and documents used across your site, courses, services, practitioner profiles, and posts.
1. The Asset Library
Open Asset Library.
The library has tabs for:
- Images
- Audio
- Documents
- Video
Use the search and filters to find an asset. Image presets help you find the right size for headers, logos, and cards.
Uploading files
Click Upload Files to add one or more files. You can drag files into the upload area.
- Each file can be up to 500 MB.
- Images used on your site are stored publicly.
- Audio, video, documents, and other private assets can be stored privately and accessed through signed links.
- Video uploads can be processed through Mux for streaming playback.
Managing assets
Each asset shows its media type, size, and visibility. You can:
- Preview images, play audio, and open documents.
- Check where an asset is used before deleting it.
- Delete unused assets. An asset that is still referenced elsewhere may be protected from deletion.
Tip: Use descriptive file names. They are easier to find later and make download links clearer for clients.
2. Galleries
Open Galleries to create named photo galleries.
- Click New Gallery.
- Enter a Name.
- Click Save Gallery.
- Open Manage to add and reorder images.
Galleries are attached to specific resources:
- The organisation homepage gallery.
- Practitioner profile galleries.
- Service page galleries.
Choose the display style in Brand Settings: Grid or Masonry. The organisation gallery appears on your landing page when it contains images.
3. Where assets are used
- Site header image and logo.
- Photo galleries.
- Service header images and galleries.
- Practitioner header images and galleries.
- Blog post covers.
- Course covers, lesson media, audio tracks, and downloadable resources.
- Cohort live meeting recordings.
When you select an asset from within one of these forms, the Asset Library opens in selection mode and only shows accepted file types.
4. Troubleshooting
An upload fails. Check the file size (maximum 500 MB), file type, and your connection. Batch uploads may take longer for large files.
An image is not appearing on the public site. Confirm the asset was selected and the form saved. Clear the browser cache and refresh the public page.
I cannot delete an asset. The asset may still be used by a page, course, post, or gallery. Use the usage check or remove it from the referencing content first.
A video will not play. Video files may still be processing. Wait for processing to finish, then try again. For course videos, use a supported provider or a Mux-processed asset.
A gallery is empty on the public page. Open the gallery’s Manage view and confirm it contains images. Check the gallery style in Brand Settings.
