⭐ Review System: Building Trust & Connection

The Review System is designed to help you build credibility and trust with your community through verified customer feedback. It enables you to collect rich reviews, manage them easily, and showcase your best stories directly on your public profile.

🖥️ Practitioner Dashboard: Managing Feedback

To manage your reviews, navigate to Organisation > Reviews from your dashboard sidebar.

The Review List

The main dashboard displays all submitted reviews in a table layout with the following columns:

• Rating: The 1-5 star score left by the customer.
• Reviewer: The name or identity (Anonymous if chosen) of the reviewer.
• Status: Indicates if the review is Published (green) or Flagged (red/yellow).
• Featured: Shows if the review is highlighted on your public page.

Admin Actions

From the dashboard or detail view, you can:

• Feature/Unfeature: Toggle specific reviews to highlight them in the “Featured Stories” section on your homepage (Limit 5).

Review Detail

The Review Detail page allows you to view the full content of a review and leave a response.

Admin Actions

From the detail view, you can:

• Reply: Click “Post Reply” to leave a response to engage or thank reviewers.
• Flag Review: Report a review that violates guidelines or is defamatory to have it temporarily reviewed.

🏡 Public View & Featured Stories

Your public profile page allows visitors to read verified experiences from your clients.

Content layout:

1. Featured Stories: Key highlighted reviews that set the tone for your practice.
2. All Reviews: A chronological feed of all published feedback.

• Verified Badge: Reviews linked to actual completed bookings display a “Verified” indicator, adding weight and authenticity to your testimonials.
• Was this useful? (Count): Visitors can upvote helpful reviews to help others discover top-quality insights.

✍️ Leaving a Review (Customer Flow)

Clients can submit reviews following a simple, guided structure.

Key Rules & Privacy

• One Review Constraint: To prevent gaming and maintain trust, the system allows only design review per user per practitioner/organisation.
• Guided feedback: The form prompts high-quality answers before allowing submissions for best results.
• Identity Toggles: Reviewers can choose to stay anonymous or hide their location if preferred.

💡 Practitioner Hack: Encourage clients to leave a review right after a session via a Nurture Sequence email to boost engagement.
